Thought I would share this one as it tastes fantastic and uses a traditional scottish sweet

TABLET CHEESECAKE

600ML double cream
One small tub philly cheese full fat
I use 2x95gr mrs tillys tablet can use more but I find the two bars sweet enough

3/4 of a packet hob nobs
75 grams melted butter

Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter press into a cake tin ( use a spring firm tin ......about 17")

Whisk the cream until stiff
Grate the tablet and mix into the cream (save some to go on top when finished)
Fold in the philly cheese

Spread on top of the biscuit base and decorate with extra grated tablet

Best left in fridge overnight
